Delaware Ex Offender Housing

I am writing in behalf of my nephew. H e is a registered sex offender. H e is in a mental hospital. He was sent there for rehabilitation. He is now stable and would like very much to find a place to live, but know one will accept sexual offenders.
My husband and I are planning on moving to Delaware, we would like to know if there are any resources for him.
