my son is a level 3 sex offender. He spent 10 years in jail then comes out and has to reside in a shelter!! Every apt we have found for him has been rejected! His crime had NOTHING to do with kids. Where is he suppose to live? find work? have any sort of “normal” life?? PLEASE HELP US. We are in the NYC area. Thank you |
